  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery subject to approval.

  • Customers must provide photos/videos of the product to request a return.

  • Once approved, the customer must courier the parcel back to us.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Replacements/exchanges are not offered; customers may place a new order.
