At Goto Fab, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • To request a return, please share photos or a short video of the product showing its condition/issue.

  • Once our team approves your return request, you can send the parcel back to us.

📦 How to Return

  • Customers must courier the return parcel to the address we provide after approval.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Important Notes

  • We do not offer replacements or exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.

  • Customized or final-sale items (if mentioned at purchase) cannot be returned.
