✅ Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

To request a return, please share photos or a short video of the product showing its condition/issue.

Once our team approves your return request, you can send the parcel back to us.
📦 How to Return

Customers must courier the return parcel to the address we provide after approval.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
💳 Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.
