1. What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship our order through courier services providers like DTDC, FedEx, Delhivery and for certain pin codes by India Post.
2. What are your shipping and return policies?
Shipping Policy
Once the payment is received for the order, the product will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
Return Policy
If the customers want to return the product because of any issues they should return the product within 15 days.
Customers have to take pictures or videos of the product for defects and update us, we will initiate the return pick and refund the amount for the order or replace the order on the customer’s preference.

Yes, We charge sales tax that is GST on each product as by the Indian government norms. All the products listed with gotofab.com are tax inclusive.
Shipping & Returns
1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Yes, We accept returns for any defective product without any hassle, you can raise a return request in our portal, we will get back to you and complete all the return process.
2. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A refund for the returned product will be done once the product reaches our warehouse. Refund will be done through IMPS/NEFT mode to your preferred account or the original payment account from which you have made payment for the order.
3. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Customers can cancel the order/Orders at any time. Refund will be given to the cancelled order by IMPS/NEFT mode to the preferred account or to the original payment account from which the customer has made the payment.
